To qualify for maximum financing on FHA new construction, borrowers must ensure submission of:
- HUD-92541: Builder's Certification of Plans, Specs, and Site
- HUD-92544: 1-Year Warranty of Completion of Construction
- NPMA-99-A: Termite Protection Builder's Guarantee
- NPMA-99-B: Termite Treatment Service Record (if applicable)
- Local Health Approvals: For well/septic systems
- Building Permits / Early Start Letter: Approved permit or early start OK
